Advokátní kancelář Šilar s.r.o. is a law office that, from 1990 to June 1998, originally functioned as one of the four departments of Balcar, Polanský, Nipl, Šilar. At present, there are five experienced lawyers working in our office; they are specialized in various branches of the law and have significant experience, primarily in the fields of trade, civil, working, construction and civil process law.

Although independent of external foreign law firms, our law office prides itself on having close contact with reputable foreign law offices, as well as select Czech affiliates of internationally recognised auditing, accountancy and consultancy firms.

Our law office has considerable experience in the fields of law consultancy for corporate clients and companies from multinational group structures, the establishment of companies and affiliates, various transactions, mergers, transformations and privatizations. We act as consultants for banks and joint stock companies in the areas of bank transactions to the full extend, including credits, financial projects and financial instruments. We have substantial experience in the field of real estates, business investments, turnkey projects and the day to day activities of industrial and business companies. In the frame of comprehensive coverage of our services we provide law consultancy also to smaller companies and natural persons.
